Present.
How life is now and the challenges this involves can bring people to a place of seeking counselling. In this present moment I am willing to explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences.
Past.
Who we are now is impacted by our life experience from before we were born to the present moment. By being mindful of our past we can become aware of how this influences us in our everyday life now. What we think. How we feel and act, our experience of others and the world around us.
It might be that something from your past still seems to exist in the present and is something you are aware you hold, carry and it gets in the way of who you are and how you want to live now. It can be useful to bear this in mind as we work together.
Future.
I am hopeful for your future. Whilst none of us know how things will go and what lies ahead, I am confident that whatever it holds this can be a useful part of your journey and experience. Hope and peace can exist beyond our circumstances and experiences.
